You will be taken on a wellness journey consisting of 8 rituals: The Arrival Ritual —> Scalp Discovery —> Scalp Awakening —> Purifying Ritual —> Scalp Renewal —> Hair Infusion Ritual —> Reawakening Ritual —> The Gentle Return.

Begins with a scope analysis to assess the condition of your scalp. Experience authentic manual Japanese techniques, a pre-massage with purifying oils, detox micro mist, exfoliation, signature deep cleansing rituals. Luxurious botanical products and ultrasonic hair mask nourish your hair, while our soothing arm, hand and leg massages enhance relaxation. In the final stages of the ‘reawakening ritual’, a scalp lotion and hair primer are applied followed by a reawakening massage. A complimentary soft blow dry* (ie. blow dry or diffuse dry using only hands for a natural finish) and finishing ritual leave the hair beautifully renewed and senses restored. This is geared ONLY for guests who have already received our House Of Yoko Signature Head Spa and have been following their personalized home care regimen. This is a session to reassess the changes in the scalp/hair within a time period of 6~7 weeks. Begins with a scope analysis, pre-massage, micro misting detox, exfoliation, deep cleansing, hair treatment (optional add-on services available), finishing with a complimentary soft dry.

Shiro Jala Rasayana Head Spa (90min)

Our Shiro Jala Rasayana Head Spa is a fusion of ancient Ayurvedic Head Massage with Japanese Head Spa. Deeply restorative, deeply calming, stimulates vagal tonacity. We use professionally formulated Ayurvedic oils to massage the marma points on the head, face, neck and shoulders, transporting the individual through a unique journey throughout the 90min service.

45min of warm oil massage with marma points therapy, followed by Spa Mist infusion, 2 deep cleansing ritual shampoos, a customized hair treatment, finishing with a complimentary soft blow dry*. Available for solo or in tandem.

A regular shampoo cleanses the hair and scalp as part of a haircut or styling service. It is quick, mainly cleanses the hair, there is minimal scalp care and tension release. It is less about relaxation and more about styling prep. Meanwhile, A Head Spa is a dedicated treatment experience that places greater emphasis on deep scalp cleansing, gentle exfoliation, soothing therapeutic massages, breaks stiffness and swelling of the entire body due to improved lymph and blood flow.
Yes, your scalp condition will be assessed with our dermatoscope at the beginning of all Head Spa services. Your concerns will be discussed before selecting the appropriate products and techniques. This allows us to personalize the experience rather than simply performing a predetermined ritual.
