Your hair tells a story—about your health, lifestyle, stress, and genetics. When something feels out of balance, it can be overwhelming to know where to turn. Our Trichology Consultation is designed to provide clarity, guidance, and a holistic plan to restore scalp health and hair vitality.
This one-hour session begins with a thorough consultation and in-depth Trichoscope scalp analysis, followed by a personalised recovery plan. Together, we explore every contributing factor, including your current health, medications, stress, lifestyle, daily habits, nutrition, and hair practices. Where necessary, we may recommend medical blood work, which will be assessed “trichologically”—reviewed specifically for optimal hair and scalp health. Depending on your needs, a full Head Spa treatment can be scheduled on the same day or a separate visit.

Trichology is the science of scalp and hair health, a paramedical field focused entirely on hair and scalp conditions. Certified Trichologists are trained in medical principles related to hair and scalp health and take an evidence-based, holistic approach. While we do not diagnose, prescribe medication, or perform surgery, we dive deep into understanding the causes behind hair loss and scalp issues.
Every consultation is tailored to the individual. We examine medical history, nutrition, stress, lifestyle, and hair practices, and review blood test results “trichologically,” assessing optimal ranges for hair and scalp health. At House of Yoko, we prioritise natural and holistic treatment pathways. Every product we use is carefully chosen for proven effectiveness, formulated with plant extracts, vitamin complexes, and essential oils grounded in scientific research.

The Clinical Head Spa is performed by our Certified Trichologist and is scalp focused. It does not include the hand/leg massages which will be part of the House Of Yoko Signature Head Spa.

All our Head Spa Rituals and Fusion are holistically transformative. While your scalp and hair receive targeted care, you’ll be immersed in manual techniques that promote relaxation, circulation, and release of tension. This is geared ONLY for guests who have already received our House Of Yoko Signature Head Spa and have been following their personalized home care regimen. This is a session to reassess the changes in the scalp/hair within a time period of 6~7 weeks. Begins with a scope analysis, pre-massage, micro misting detox, exfoliation, deep cleansing, hair treatment (further add-on services available), finishing with a complimentary soft dry.

Our Shiro Jala Rasayana Head Spa is a fusion of ancient Ayurvedic Head Massage with Japanese Head Spa. Deeply restorative, deeply calming, stimulates vagal tonacity. We use professionally formulated Ayurvedic oils to massage the marma points on the head, face, neck and shoulders, transporting the individual through a unique journey throughout the 95min service.
45min of warm oil massage with marma points therapy, followed by Spa Mist infusion, 2 deep cleansing ritual shampoos, a customized hair treatment, finishing with a soft dry. Available for solo or in tandem.
